Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
However, customers may contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery if:
Wrong product is received
Product is damaged during transit
Package is tampered with
Valid proof such as images or videos may be required for verification.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable time.
