· Pearl Millet (Kambu)
· Urad Dal
· Rice (for balanced texture)
· Cumin seeds
· Rock salt
Each ingredient is cleaned, roasted (if required), finely milled, and blended hygienically.
1️⃣ Add water to required quantity of mix.
2️⃣ Whisk into smooth batter.
3️⃣ Rest for 10–15 minutes.
4️⃣ Pour on hot tawa and spread gently.
5️⃣ Drizzle oil and cook until golden brown.
